Methods
When devising our management diagnostic procedure, we match the tools and procedures we employ to the client´s particular objective. The basis is one of our requirement analyses. We use the latest findings and trends in management diagnostics and development and combine current, innovative approaches with proven methods to guarantee a high quality level.
To create each specific management diagnostic process, we rely on four types of procedure:
Multi-modular Interview
The Multi-modular Interview is a structured interview comprising various modules and may include, in addition to interview components, certain tasks for the candidates.
Situational Exercises
Situational exercises enable the actions of a candidate to be observed like a "live" situation from everyday business life. We use presentations, case studies, planning and organisational tasks, simulated meetings and computer-supported exercises.
Occupational Psychology Test Procedures
The benefit of standardised psychological test procedures is being able to compare the candidate´s results with reference values. This procedure delivers reliable results on the development of certain characteristics such as intellectual potential, analytical thinking strategy, linguistic understanding or the ability to solve problems in relation to relevant comparison groups. Psychological testing procedures are therefore - as has been proven in scientific tests - an important and valid information source in management diagnostics.
Self Assessment and Feedback Procedures
Our management diagnostic procedures are also based on self assessment. This involves the candidates assessing their own behaviour and approach in certain professional situations or being given feedback by others in their professional environment.
