360° Feedback
The 360° Feedback involves giving executives comprehensive and individual feedback on their leadership behaviour/management strategies. Relevant leadership and management dimensions are recorded on a questionnaire devised specifically for the company and the objective at hand. We use Online tools in the required language for this purpose.
The feedback is given from various perspectives: colleagues, employees, managers and other internal and - where appropriate - external partners in the professional environment. These external assessments are compared with the candidate´s self-assessment. It goes without saying that the feedback process is conducted and evaluated anonymously.
The executive is given the results of his survey as part of a feedback interview, which also contains coaching components, with an experienced consultant.
