We offer the `Intercultural Competency Review´ to prepare and assist expatriates and intercultural teams facing the particular challenges that the international business arena presents in the light of cultural differences and unfamiliar circumstances. The focus lies on the evaluation of intercultural skills in order to take a decision on who should be assigned for such a professional challenge, or to find out about concrete requirements and needs in terms of support measures.

The `Intercultural Competency Review´ is a comprehensive modular process to im-prove and support intercultural business activities. This includes a consultation service to facilitate international assignments, an in-depth potential analysis to assess intercultural and leadership competence, as well as a development measures to  pre-pare and assist individuals or teams through coaching, training and follow-up until repatriation. Individual modules can be selected and combined in a customised man-ner according to specific business requirements.
