Management-Audit

The Management Audit enables the entire management potential of a company or a certain hierarchical level to be grasped within a relatively short time. A company´s management culture can also be analysed. Here, we work with half or full-day Individual Assessments. The diagnostic procedure is carried out in close collaboration with the client and is tailored to meeting the objective at hand.

The results of the Management Audit are recorded as a written report on the individual candidates and are also illustrated in the form of an executive portfolio.
