Potential Interview
The aim is to draw up a strengths and weaknesses profile together with the candidate. In line with the client´s objective, the Potential Interview includes an intense analysis of professional expertise and career combined with a psychological test procedure or a situational exercise.
The Potential Interview concludes with feedback for the client. The client receives a written Results Report that meets its objectives.
