PoWeR-Workshop

Potenzial einschätzen ... assess potential

Weiterentwicklung anregen ... promote further development

Richtung geben ... give direction

In times of increased competition and cost pressure, more demands than ever are being placed on the managers of a company to contribute to corporate success. Thus, managers require support in mastering their diversified roles.

To this end we have designed the PoWeR Workshop (assess potential, promote further development, give direction) to focus on the specific development of managers. The two-day workshop is aimed at managers who wish to take a critical and comprehensive look at their own leadership, improve their leadership skills, and develop effective strategies for dealing with challenging leadership situations, respectively. In addition, targeted feedback and self-reflection as well as the provision of relevant theoretical input serve to initiate systematic personal development.

Each PoWeR Workshop is tailored to specific leadership needs and offers intensive support through experienced management diagnosticians (one consultant for up to two participants). A detailed potential interview, a 270°-feedback survey prior to the workshop to compare self-perception with the perception of others, and a management style analysis provide each participant with an evaluation of their individual management potential. Increased awareness of difficult leadership situations is raised through situational exercises (e.g. role-plays with video feedback), theory input (value leadership, communication styles, etc.) and extensive feedback and reflection phases. The aim is to derive action options and development steps to be transferred to the daily working environment. PoWeR Workshops are conducted in groups of up to eight participants.
