Self Assessment
The Self-Assessment involves giving the candidate the opportunity to examine his own strengths and weaknesses and achieve clarity, for example, on his individual management style. This differentiation of the self-image is a key requirement for being able to selectively drive one“s own advancement.
In the Self-Assessment, the candidate works on his own initiative to produce a portfolio of different online modules tailored to both himself and the objective at hand. He receives the results in the form of a written results report and a detailed feedback interview with an experienced consultant.
The Self-Assessment can also be combined with other procedures such as the Group Assessment.
