Single Assessment

We conduct Individual Assessments to allow us to effectively clarify specific questions. This process can focus on both the selection and the advancement of executives. We analyse the requirements of the scope of duties, which we use as a basis in our Individual Assessments for combining various methodical access channels in order to achieve supportable and reliable assertions. An Individual Assessment usually includes a comprehensive analysis of the candidate“s career and a close examination of the professional aspects of his character. We also use situational exercises and psychological test methods.

The Individual Assessment concludes with initial feedback for the client. The client receives a written Results Report that meets its objectives.
