Top-Management-Appraisal

The target group for the Top Management Appraisal comprises the board members and representatives of the first management level who have garnered extensive professional experience in various management positions. Depending on the objective, the Top Management Appraisal can have a selection or development orientation.

The focal point of the Top Management Appraisal is an "Executive Day". This involves the candidate working through a number of different interview sequences and specially-developed case studies. Self assessments and external assessments can also be incorporated into the Appraisal.
